New Webinar Addresses Critical Signposting Variation in General Practice

A free webinar set to address Practice Efficiency for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is set to run in May 2025

Inconsistent signposting doesn't just create inefficiency—it fundamentally affects GP capacity, patient experience, and waiting times for urgent care. Most practices are unaware of just how much variation exists in their team's approach to directing patients.

The webinar will showcase the Appropriate Appointments Online (AAOL) simulation tool, which helps practices uncover and understand variations in how teams direct patients.

Through engaging simulations, staff review realistic patient scenarios and make decisions about who should see each patient, appointment urgency, and appropriate service alternatives.
